As R-W Purchasing Partners celebrates 40 years of service, we find ourselves reflecting not only on the thousands of projects we’ve helped bring to life, but also on the relationships, experiences, and milestones that have shaped our journey along the way.

Forty years is a significant achievement for any business. In an industry that is constantly evolving, longevity is never guaranteed. It is earned through adaptability, dedication, and an unwavering commitment to serving clients with integrity. We are grateful to have built a company that has stood the test of time while remaining focused on the same core principles that guided us from the beginning.

Over the past four decades, the hospitality industry has undergone tremendous transformation. Design trends have evolved, guest expectations have changed, supply chains have become increasingly global, and technology has fundamentally altered the way projects are executed. Through it all, R-W has had the privilege of partnering with owners, operators, designers, and vendor partners to help navigate these changes and deliver successful outcomes.

While the scale and complexity of projects may look different today than they did in 1986, one thing remains constant: hospitality is, and always has been, a relationship business.

The projects we remember most are not simply the ones with the largest budgets or the most recognizable brands. They are the projects that were built through collaboration, trust, and a shared commitment to success. They are the partnerships that grew into friendships, the vendor relationships that span decades, and the clients who have entrusted us with project after project throughout the years.

We are proud of the work we have accomplished, but even more proud of the people who made it possible.

This anniversary also provides an opportunity to recognize the many employees, both past and present, who have dedicated their talent, expertise, and passion to the company. Every successful project represents countless hours of teamwork, problem-solving, coordination, and perseverance. The knowledge and commitment of our team members have helped establish the foundation upon which R-W continues to grow today.
