W Philadelphia – Philadelphia, PA
Housed inside a 52-story tower just off Avenue of the Arts, the newly constructed W Philadelphia will have 295 highly-designed guestrooms and suites, a year-round heated rooftop pool, private cabanas, outdoor garden with fire pits and yoga deck, and a full-service spa. Dolce, the Italian restaurant is inspired by Fellini’s 1960’s Rome. Look for a June 2020 grand opening of this luxury boutique.
The Epic – Dallas, TX
Formerly the Pittman Hotel, this adaptive re-use project once housed the historic Knights of Pythias Temple — the first commercial building built in Dallas by and for African American professionals. Designed in 1916, by William Sidney Pittman, the son-in-law of Booker T. Washington, the original grandeur of the landmark has been restored with 164 guestrooms and public spaces that include indoor/outdoor lobby bar and restaurant, resort-style pool, meeting spaces and a grand ballroom where music legends once performed. The hotel is located in Deep Ellum, an area that’s home to more than thirty live music venues making it one of the largest entertainment districts in Dallas. The hotel is slated to open in Summer of 2020.
Somerset Hills Hotel, Tapestry Collection – Warren, NJ
This boutique hotel surrounded by the lush forests of central New Jersey will reopen in March after a major renovation and brand conversion. Design was inspired by the historic attractions and monuments in the area. The 118-room boutique features a gastropub, European-style restaurant and expansive outdoor venues.
