April Geter

April has over 20 years of hospitality procurement and project management experience covering most major hotel brands. Her expertise reaches beyond hotels, including more than two dozen luxury casinos with extensive gaming, spa, convention, and food and beverage venues. April oversees all project teams handling new construction and renovations for private equity groups, REITs, and public-private partnerships.

An active ambassador of NEWH, April has dedicated nearly a decade to serving on the board of the Dallas Chapter, including her tenure as Chapter President. Over the years, she has mentored more than fifteen young professionals—ranging from architects and interior designers to purchasing agents—through NEWH and other industry organizations. Passionate about guiding the next generation, she finds great fulfillment in helping others build rewarding and successful careers in hospitality.

Outside of R-W Purchasing Partners, April enjoys traveling with her husband and exploring new ways to incorporate fitness and wellness into their lives.
