The ENR Midwest judges evaluated 106 entries to select 14 ‘Best Project’ winners across many construction categories. The winners will be featured in-depth in the November 26 edition of ENR Midwest and will be honored at ENR’s annual awards breakfast, planned for this month.
The hotel also won Hilton Hotels & Resorts’ 2017 New Build of the Year Owner Development Award in June of this year at the NYU Hospitality Industry Investment Conference. The Hilton Des Moines had a stellar project team including design-builder, The Weitz Company, Project Management Consultants, LLC as project manager, with architecture by RDG Planning and Design and interior design by DLR Group.
